Built personally for DMD Systems Recovery

I Built This
For Aaron, Patrick
& Beth.

I left my conversation with Beth already thinking. The 90-day website goal, the AEO and GEO north star, the co-creator dynamic she described — that's not a job description. That's the kind of work I do — experiences that outlast the conversation that started them.

So I built a thought starter. Not because I assume I have all the answers — but because I'd rather show up with something real to react to than a blank page. Everything here is open for revision. The real plan gets built together.

AEO and GEO are the mandate. The website needs to work for both humans and machines — if AI search can't read and summarize it, DMD isn't showing up where buyers are already looking.

A working prototype in 90 days is non-negotiable. The clock is already running. This requires someone who can move fast without losing rigor.

Beth is the content expert and brand authority. The right partner builds the architecture and systems that let Beth's content do its best work — co-creator, not executor.

Old-school B2B content isn't enough. DMD needs compelling, human storytelling that performs in AI search — and ungating content is the right call for both visitors and crawlers.

A Webflow contractor is already identified. The job is to give them everything they need to execute without constant back-and-forth — structure, briefs, standards, checkpoints.

The website needs to support the sales motion. CRO-informed content and a digital presence that gives sellers something concrete to point buyers toward.

A thought starter — not a finished plan. Built to give us a structured starting point on Day 1, not a blank page. Every section is open for revision.

1–30
Discover & Listen
No decisions. Deep research before touching anything.

Stakeholder interviews with Beth, sales, and key leads

Full content and page inventory — assets, gated content, errors

AI search baseline — how does DMD show up in overviews and generative results today?

Competitive review: Intechra, Alta, and Apto

Day 30 Deliverable

Findings report + page priority order for the prototype + first alignment session with Beth

31–60
Structure & Align
Architecture, content direction, contractor enablement.

Sitemap workshop with Beth — what to keep, kill, or create

Define the human goal and machine goal for every key page

Flag all gated content for ungating; identify FAQ opportunities

Complete contractor brief — sitemap, messaging guide, AEO/GEO requirements, review checkpoints

Day 60 Deliverable

Approved sitemap + contractor brief + content gap list + Beth checkpoint before build begins

61–90
Build, Review & Launch
Execute, pressure-test, go live.

Alongside contractor: review every page against sitemap, messaging, and AEO/GEO standards

Fill content gaps — new pages, updated messaging, case study needs

Configure analytics before launch — measure from day one, not day ninety

Final QA, stakeholder review, Beth's sign-off on every page. Then we go live.

Day 90 Deliverable

A live, AEO/GEO-ready prototype — Beth's final sign-off on every page, analytics configured, ready to measure

Miro

Sitemap workshops and page architecture — a shared visual space where Beth and I can work through structure together, not in long email threads.

Excel / Sheets

Content inventory, page audit, and messaging scoring matrix. A shared source of truth on what exists and what it's doing.

Claude / ChatGPT

AEO/GEO content drafts, copy ideation, and contractor brief generation. AI as a force multiplier — not a replacement for strategic thinking. I know the difference.

Weekly Sprints

Tight, structured touchpoints to track progress and keep leadership informed — without unnecessary meetings.

Contractor Brief

Everything the Webflow contractor needs to execute — messaging guide, sitemap, design direction, AEO/GEO requirements, and review checkpoints — without constant back-and-forth.

Enterprise Sales Enablement & Portal UX

At Concentrix I led the content architecture and UX strategy for Siemens' global partner portal — redesigning 30+ SmartPages, building governance standards the client could own, and earning the Top portal ranking in Siemens' Highspot ecosystem serving 33,000+ personnel. The engagement became a multi-year relationship because of consistent, trusted delivery.

The parallel to DMD: a complex stakeholder environment, a contractor to enable, and a digital experience that needs to work for both the humans using it and the systems behind it. I build digital experiences designed to outlast the engagement — and this role is exactly where I want to build what's next.

I'm ready to build this with you.

This is a starting point. The real plan gets built with your context, your priorities, and your team at the table. I'm looking forward to that conversation.
